SHIPPING POLICY

We are currently shipping items within 1 - 5 days depending on the timing of your order.  Due to time constraints, we will be collecting orders and going to the post office once to twice a week depending on the volume.  All items are sent via USPS. 

 

1) All packages are fully insured for loss or damage. However, a loss of package due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer is not covered.  In the event an incorrect shipping address is provided, once the item has been returned to LatherUP Studio LLC, it will only be reshipped once the shipping has been paid in full by the customer again.

2) Please DOUBLE and TRIPLE-check that you have provided the correct address.  Please make sure to include your UNIT # or APARTMENT # if you have one.  The leading cause of items being returned/lost is due to an insufficient/wrong address.

3) LatherUP Studio LLC is not responsible for any delays once the packages have been handed off to the USPS but will make every effort to assist in resolving the delay.

4) Shipping $ tiers are based on the weight of the products.  There are currently four tiers, and their rates are as follows:

0 - 1 LB: $13.00

1 - 2 LB: $17.00

2 - 3 LB: $21.00

3 - 4 LB: $28.00

 

Orders over 4 lbs. are not able to be shipped due to weight restrictions placed by the shipper.

 

RETURN POLICY

Due to the personal nature of the items sold, we cannot accept returns.  If you have an issue with your order, please reach out to us and we will try to make it right!

 

 MY ITEMS DO NOT LOOK LIKE THE ONE LISTED.

Due to the handmade nature of all items presented, we cannot guarantee that all items will have the same appearance.  However, they should be similar in nature to the one you have ordered.

We attempt to source all our ingredients from reputable, cruelty-free, clean, and ethical sources.  Please see below for sources of ingredients:

 

Fragrances/Essential Oils - Various - all fragrance/essential oil sources are committed to providing fragrances/essential oils that are high-quality, phthalate, and paraben-free.  Additionally, all premium fragrances are used at, or below, usage rates using IFRA guidelines - to learn more about this please visit:

ALLERGY WARNING

We use a large variety of different ingredients in our products. At some point, one ingredient may have been in contact with another ingredient.  It is important that you are aware of ingredients/allergens that could affect you and know that they may have been in contact with one of our products.  If any products cause irritation, discontinue use immediately and consult a physician.  Please contact us if you have more questions.

It is the responsibility of the consumer to use the products for their intended use. Always be aware of personal allergies and irritations. Spot-test all skin products before full use. If any products cause irritation, discontinue use immediately and consult a physician. All products are for external use only.
