Shipping policy

At LatherUP Studio LLC, we strive to ensure your handcrafted personal care products are delivered to you in a timely and secure manner. Please review our shipping policy for detailed information on our shipping procedures and policies.

Shipping Schedule
Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 1-5 business days, depending on the timing of your order.
Shipping Frequency: We collect and ship orders once to twice a week, based on order

Shipping Method
- All items are shipped via USPS.

 Insurance and Address Accuracy
1. Insurance:
   - All packages are fully insured for loss or damage. 
   - Please note that loss of package due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer is not covered under this insurance.

2. Incorrect Shipping Information:
   - If an incorrect shipping address is provided and the item is returned to LatherUP Studio LLC, it will only be reshipped once the shipping fee has been paid in full by the customer.

3. Address Verification:
   - DOUBLE and TRIPLE-check that you have provided the correct address.
   - Ensure to include your UNIT # or APARTMENT # if applicable.
   - The leading cause of items being returned/lost is due to an insufficient/wrong address.

Responsibility and Delays
- LatherUP Studio LLC is not responsible for any delays once packages have been handed off to the USPS.
- However, we will make every effort to assist in resolving any delays that may occur.

Shipping Rates
- Shipping costs are based on the weight of the products. The current rates are as follows:
  - **0 - 1 LB**: $13.00
  - **1 - 2 LB**: $17.00
  - **2 - 3 LB**: $21.00
  - **3 - 4 LB**: $28.00

- Orders over 4 lbs. cannot be shipped due to weight restrictions imposed by the shipper.
